Between the Worlds

There is room here for experiences that are profound, unusual, or difficult to put into words. 

A space to listen, explore and make sense of what has opened — without needing to decide too quickly what it is.

This includes experiences with ayahuasca, approached with respect for the traditions and people at its roots, as well as spirits, entities, altered states and other experiences beyond ordinary language.

The work is grounded in the perspective of Internal Family Systems (IFS), meeting the different parts of ourselves with curiosity, compassion and respect.
