Sessions

A space to slow down, listen inwardly, and return to what is essential.

The sessions are shaped by the person who arrives and by what is alive in the moment. IFS (Internal Family Systems) and other ways of listening may be part of the work, without following a fixed technique.

There are different ways into this work.

With Marika

A gentle space for experiences that may not come with a map.

Together, we make room for what has been experienced, allowing it to find its way into the body, everyday life, and relationship with the Earth.

Getting to know each other — 45 min/65 €
Individual sessions — 75 min/110 €

With Leena

A deeply held space for meeting what is alive beneath the surface.

The work is rooted in the Earth and held in relationship with Life.

90–120 min/1000 €
